Meet The Team

Tina is responsible for overseeing the staff and day to day operation of our locations in Georgia and South Carolina.  Tina retired from Allstate Insurance Company after 32 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.  Tina is proud Grammy to 12 grandchildren she adores and loves volunteering in the community.  Tina has been with the agency since it opened.  Tina loves working with our customers and ensuring they have all the discounts they qualify for.  

Kira serves as the Office Manager and Assistant to the Agency Manager.  She rotates between the locations to provide support when other staff members are off.  Kira is also the first point of contact when a customer calls our office, and she follows up with any customers who may be behind on a bill or who may be in jeopardy of losing a discount on their renewal.  Shakira was new to insurance when she started but has been with the Agency since it opened in 2021.  She is a Veteran and has beautiful twin girls.  Kira has lived in the CSRA for 16 years.  In addition to her other job functions, Kira loves saving people money while also making sure they are properly covered and understand the coverages they have. 

Shelley is responsible for the agency located inside of Miracle Nissan of  Augusta.  Shelley is a Veteran and her family relocated to the CSRA in 2017. She joined our team in March 2021 but has 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  Shelley goes over and beyond for her clients and is consistently praised for her excellent customer service.

Raven is responsible for the agency located inside Miracle Toyota of North Augusta.  In addition to supporting this location, she is also the Life Insurance Specialist for the teams in GA, FL, and SC.  She was born in Augusta, GA and raised in Grovetown. Raven has a devotion to serving her clients and she loves helping people in all walks of life, this trait shows in her day-to-day activities with customers and prospects. She is a strong believer in “everything can be figured out when you try". Raven’s spare time is spent traveling and spending time with loved ones.

Jasmyn is responsible for the agency located inside of Miracle Nissan of North Augusta. She is a CSRA native and lifer.  Jasmyn was new to insurance when she started but has quickly learned how to properly insure her customers.  She made Insurance Agent her career of choice and never plans on changing.  Prior to becoming an Agent, Jasmyn worked as a home healthcare worker along with a factory position.  When she isn’t working, Jasmyn is home resting or trying different restaurants.  Jasmyn does not talk a lot but when she does, it’s about how she can save you money on your insurance.
